Timely Wisdom
Symbolism:
The most prominent feature is the Walking Fish reminiscent of Dagon, chief God of the Philistines and father of Ba’al. In the center is a figure with one arm raised as though they’re shining lantern light. Although attached to this figure’s handle is a Water Drop that defines the bank of an unseen river. The line leading from the Prosperous Dagon’s fin/foot highlights the next most fruitful step and then connects to the figure’s sacrum to guide by the gut feeling.
Inspiration:
It’s good to be precautious and to research possible solutions in the case of possible obstacles, but it can quickly turn into ruminating over which is the most perfect option. The purpose of this sigil is to instill full trust that Collective Consciousness — the one who gives ideas from nowhere — will dispense the perfect strategy at the exact right time. The other benefit of this wording means the moment you feel in your gut you have the right idea is an indicator that it’s also the most opportune time to enact that plan. You don’t need to hold your plan at the front of your mind’s focus. This spell acts like a friend navigating you to drop them off, they will tell you which exit to take with enough time to change lanes safely. This spell gives you directions as you go, so no stress over forgetting your perfect plan before you need it. Casting this spell plugs your spiritual map into your gut’s navigation app.
Sigil Creation Method
The design is first made from the intention listed above, reduced via Pythagorean Numerology into a runic sigil on a nine point grid, and iterated upon itself over and over. This simulates the evolutionary process of generational advancement. Each new sigil iteration is based in the last as iconography is folded into the sigil’s skeleton rune. Then the accepted sigil skeleton is run through Clip Studio Paint to add stroke weight, and further represent cultural/alchemical pictographic elements. Lastly the Final Sketch Sigil is put into Affinity Designer to Vectorize the shape for use in Embroidery, CNC Carving, Vinyl Cutters, and Infinitely Resizable Graphics good for print or web deployment.
